The Setup Assistant will install the Agent application on the local computer when:

• Exporting data to QuickBooks desktop payroll software.
• Communicating with a PayClock USB time clock such as the PC50/PC60 or TouchStation.
• Communicating with a PayClock Face Recognition or PC100 time clock.
